Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and no later than 72 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is generally 4–8 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Shipping Area

BODEGAJP Inc. currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at jpeasy2023@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and provide assistance.
