Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned, subject to the return shipping terms below.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, hair-care, personal-care products, and other hygiene-sensitive products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

All returned items will be inspected after arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours after inspection. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.

If a returned item is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, BodegaJP may reduce or deny the refund where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect the customer’s rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

To begin a return, contact us at jpeasy2023@gmail.com before sending the product back. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. BodegaJP will cover return shipping costs in those cases.
